Pricing & Payment

Custom decorators (promotional product providers, screen printers, and embroiderers) charges are based on quantities. Therefore, each ABB price estimate is based on quantities provided by the customer. Any changes in quantities initiated by the customer will require an updated pricing estimate. Decorations costs are based on either stitch count (embroidery) or number of colors (screen or pad printing) on custom garments and promotional items. Therefore, all artwork will need to provided by the customer at the time of the estimate for accurate pricing.


ABB does accept credit card payments(with a 3% service charge) and ACH. Payment is required prior to production for new customers. Check and net payment arrangements are available upon approval for established customers.

Production Time


Orders will be placed into production once the garments AND approved artwork is received by the decorator. Please allow up to 5-7 days for embroidery orders and up to 7-14 business days for screen printing orders. Please also allow 1-2 business days for art changes. Rush charges will apply for any earlier turn-arounds.


Samples

Samples may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges and samples are to be returned to an ABB representative within 14 calendar days of receipt of sample. Customers are responsible for the 100% payment of any damaged sample products, or samples not returned within 14 calendar days of receiving product sample(s).
