ABB believes in paying it forward and staying close to their roots. Since ABB’s inception, it has been an active member of the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) as well as the Arizona chapter of the Associated of General Contractors. ABB has also been an active supporter of the ABA’s Leadership Development Forum (LDF) and Women’s Leadership Programs (WLP"). ABB is proud to donate alumni polos each year to graduates of the ABA career development programs: Senior Executive Program, Emerging Leaders Forum, Supervisory Training Program, Project Manager Development Program, Leadership Development Forum, and Women in Leadership.
Since joining the ABA in 2019, ABB has been a contributing member of their Workforce Development Committee, designed to educate and inform the local youth about the benefits of a career in the construction industry.
