      <image:caption>Experienced and collaborative with a seasoned ability to analyze and solve “people” problems, Elizabeth Barrett brings over 50 years of experience as a senior leader within the education sector.  From her role as teacher, administrator, national award winner, and international education consultant to her ability to develop “people” success programs, she has been able to help institutions and companies find and hire the best talent, retain those valued employees, and save time and dollars implementing employee and program change initiatives.   Currently working as a sales consultant and marketing researcher at American Business Branding, Elizabeth has been able to apply the lessons of data driven decision making, perception of mission and program, marketing your message and services, and employee recognition to the environment of business marketing. Whether your organization needs a new brand identity, seeks to better reflect your existing customer experience or is changing and needs to recruit, recognize, and retain staff, she is standing by to assist.  Branding, she says, is more than external marketing. The right image is the right story with the right results. Elizabeth began her teaching career in the Midwest, rapidly rising through the ranks to become the district lead.  In 1991, she was recognized as the National Christa McAuliffe Educator- considered the Nobel Prize of teaching.   As a result of that recognition, she was named to the congressional panel to establish internet (E Rate) connectivity to schools and libraries across the nation, IBM’s Education Advisory Board, Apple’s Education Board, CNN’s Advisory Board, and The Review Team for The U.S. Distance Learning Association.  Her “local” career quickly took on a larger perspective as other schools, districts, states, and countries sought her help to “market” their own change based on demonstrable data, cost effective plans, and people initiatives. After retirement, Elizabeth was approached by ABB to help continue the company growth while retaining that established focus on customer service and fair pricing.  When not focused on ABB’s customer satisfaction, Elizabeth is all about gardening, kids and learning, dog fur, and the softness of a horse’s nose.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Owner and founder, Tracy Mawhorter has spent the past 25 years honing her marketing, process management, and customer service expertise in the real estate and higher education industry.  Tracy began her career in the Phoenix residential real estate industry in 1995 and was soon a top performer in her industry. In 2001, Tracy sought to seek opportunities in the emerging market of adult distance education.  Tracy spent the next two decades climbing up the management ranks at both University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University, including her roles as Director of Enrollment (UOP) and Associate Vice President (GCU).  During this time, she also honed her outside marketing and branding skills by creating successful partnerships with local businesses, school districts, and hospitals across Arizona. In 2019, Tracy was approached about the idea of creating a custom work apparel and promotional products company with a focus on customer service and fair pricing. Tracy then created the business concept of ABB that allowed her to apply her previous marketing, process management, and customer service management to create a unique customer experience that is unrivaled. Since ABB’s inception, Tracy has been able to establish strong working relationships with a large list of wholesale garment providers and decorator vendors to ensure the best pricing, availability, and quality. Tracy is also deeply involved in all aspects of ABB’s business operations and personally deliver most orders to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys hiking, playing basketball, and mentoring others in health and nutrition.</image:caption>

Penny's professional experience highlights include: -Workforce Advisor for X3 Tradesmen, where Penny was instrumental in managing client partnerships and driving skilled-trades growth across Arizona. -Earlier leadership roles included Business Development and Account Management with GreenTech Roofing and Build360labs, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to securing and nurturing client relationships. -Penny served as Metal Fabrication Manager, overseeing internal and external sales, and currently contributes to Asul Construction as a Project Coordinator, ensuring strong communication with clients while managing project operations. -Penny’s history includes co-founding NetSense, a business networking group, and consulting on process development and compliance, showcasing a drive for continuous organizational improvement and relationship building. In her spare time, Penny also enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Bongo.</image:caption>
